The Finish Line Prospect

Participation opportunities available in an active area of Lincoln County, Oklahoma

With a fast-approaching election at hand, it is our desire to unveil a series of well-researched and proven oil and gas prospects, regardless of what the outcome of the election might be.

These chosen prospects, with an abundance of both proven developed and proven undeveloped reserves, will guarantee an adequate cash flow and return on investment for many years to come as we at Buckeye Exploration Company close out our long and illustrious careers in the oil and gas industry!

I have been in this industry for 44 years this coming October (since 1980), and with Buckeye for 36 years this coming August (since 1988). That's quite a long time to dedicate to a business that has had a long history of booms and busts, up and downs, and fluctuating product pricing that dictates one's margin of profitability.

It is safe to say that with hard work and a positive optimistic mental mindset, success and survival in this difficult business can be achieved over time. In fact, a mentor, Rex are more junior, who paid for my degree in Petroleum Geology at Oklahoma State University, told me in May of 1984 that oil and gas is the toughest business in the world to be successful and survive.

Only 4 years into my career, I believed him, having worked through the tremendous boom of the early 1980s and subsequent bust following the infamous Penn square Bank collapse.

Now, more than 40 years and 400 Wells later, it is probably time to go out with a bang as they say! Therefore we are presenting at this time, for development over the next several years, the following series of proven prospects to be titled the finished line project. I have been both saving and just recently come across these prospects, based on our most recent well development work, now combined with our ongoing very precise current research projects at hand.

To sum it all up, with what we've learned and by this I mean I give a lot of credit to Doug for his 32 years of dedicated hard work in both the office and especially the field, where we have learned to successfully drill, complete, and equip Wells to be produced commercially.

Likewise, I give credit to Tenia and Bill for their land work and office support during much of these times. Also, to Brittany for bringing us into the more high-tech era of today's technologically advanced industry. And not to mention Dr Matthew j printer, OU professor and now director of geosciences at the University of oklahoma, based in the sakis energy center in norman, oklahoma. With his intellectual support and teaching opportunities he provided to me, along with our two graduate students we are currently supporting and advising on for our main areas of interest, are successes and what we firmly believe will be more future successful ventures, would not be possible.

Therefore, with all that said, our plan is now in place to proceed with our much anticipated and now heading for the finish line project for your review if you are interested at this time!

The main goal of this project is to provide additional sustained oil and gas revenues for all of the participants and us at buckeye exploration for the next 15 to 20 years, this being the average economic well life of the wells we have been drilling and studying in the last couple of years.

Let’s continue to produce our abundant, clean-burning

natural gas to supply the needs of our nation!
