Phase I of the YOURSOAG Mine Project is located in Lincoln County, Oklahoma and is contained within the West Davenport and surrounding fields, which have all formed under similar geologic conditions. Buckeye Exploration and our partners have all successfully developed oil and gas leases in these fields, targeting these reservoirs for years.

 

As with all our programs, Phase I of the YOURSOAG Mine Project is structured de-risk our operations as much as possible. We minimize risk by including multiple low-cost/high-return wells, choosing existing vertical wells which are already tied to our infrastructure, and by picking properties with future development potential.

PHASE I targets the following wells:

​

1. Tislow #1, Noble. Uphole recompletion in a gas zone.

2. Tislow #1, Apache. Re-entry/washdown in 2 gas zones.

3. Crane #1, Atmar. Re-entry/washdown in a gas zone.

A 75% working interest is available for all three wells at an estimated cost of $675,000, roughly 60% of the cost of a new well.

Buckeye Exploration always seeks to retain working interest in our wells. We simply don’t do projects unless we’re willing to put our own skin in the game. In this case, Buckeye and our partners will retain a 25% interest in all three wells.
