Buckeye Exploration Company is the managing partner of the America First Energy Coalition (AFEC). We are currently involved in projects in Oklahoma to produce both proven developed, and proven undeveloped reserves.

Founded in 1988, Buckeye is a privately held oil and gas corporation headquartered in Chandler, Oklahoma. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and operation of domestic oil and gas properties, with primary areas of interest being central Oklahoma and north central Tennessee. Buckeye is highly efficient in the generation of prospects, drilling, completion, and production of oil and gas. Its exploration department works closely with technical staff to bring ideas from the drawing board to production. 

 

Typically functioning as the consultant and professional development work force for bonded and fully insured operators in Oklahoma, Buckeye commonly generates prospects internally for itself, industry partners, and investor base. It relies on internally generated cash flow, primarily production revenues, and investing partner participation to fund its exploratory and developmental drilling operations.

Buckeye provides all of the professional expertise necessary, such as land work, lease acquisition, Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) regulatory requirements work, exploration, geological prospect generation and drilling oversite, engineering, and reservoir analysis evaluation, field supervision related to drilling, completion, equipping, and overall production related operational functions.
